Ricardo

Qualified medical doctor from USP-SP, MBA from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), specializing in HR from CEAG (FGVSP). Has extensive experience in HR, having held management positions in both national and international companies. Works as an Educational Advisor specialized in counseling for candidates for courses abroad and advises companies in the implementation of international Talent Development programs. He is the chairman of the MIT & MIT Sloan Alumni Club in Brazil, as well as co-founder and member of the US-based Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants (AIGAC). Author of the book “Vale a Pena” (also published in English: “Worth It”). Holds the international Master Coach certification from the NY Behavioral Coaching Institute.

Sandra Betti

Qualified psychologist from PUC-SP, with a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from PUC-SP and a specialization in HR Development from Harvard University (USA) and HR Strategy from the Michigan Ross School of Business (USA). He has vast experience in HR, having held executive positions in large companies. She specializes in Management Development, Coaching, Team Building, Assessment Center and Talent Identification. Is the co-author of the book “Assessment Centers and Global Talent Management”. She worked as a teacher in the MBA programs in the disciplines of Leadership, High Performance Teams, Communication and Negotiation at FGV-EAESP and at UNICENP. She was a speaker at TEDexMorrodo Emperador in 2015 (“The Power of Love”). Actively engaged in pro-bono activities, she is a mentor for Brazil Júnior, EJ of FGV-SP, ITA Júnior, Estudar Foundation and Endeavor. She holds the international Master Coach certification from NY Behavioral Coaching Institute.

Satiko Monobe

Qualified psychologist from PUC-SP, with a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from PUC-SP and a specialist in Cross-Cultural Communication from AGSIM-Thunderbird (USA). He holds an international Master Coach certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute of New York (USA). Has wide experience in Human Resources and has held managerial positions in large organizations. She works as a specialist for Executive Recruitment, Coaching, and Assessment Center, coordinating talent identification projects and selecting MBA candidates for sponsoring companies. Co-author of the book “Assessment Centers and Global Talent Management” and “Intercultural Communication – Interaction without frontiers”. Actively engaged in pro-bono activities, she is a mentor of the Estudar Foundation, a partner of the Brava Foundation, and an institutional partner of the FGV-SP Junior Company.
Mauricio Betti

Mauricio Betti

Graduated in Business Administration at FGV-SP, holds a Master’s degree in International Management from CEMS (RSM Erasmus and ESADE) and an MBA from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). His professional experience encompasses 5 years in leading global strategic consulting firms (Bain & Company and The Boston Consulting Group) and 3 years in large multinational companies (Google and Telefonica). He is a mentor of the FGV-SP Junior Company, where he served as Director of Consulting and Member of the Executive Council. He is the Director of Strategy and New Business of MBA Empresarial, also working in the areas of MBA Counseling and Executive Coaching.
